2. Washington Commanders

The Washington Commanders are one of the Cowboys' biggest rivals and nothing has changed as the 2023-24 season approaches.

The Cowboys are 76-48-2 against the Commanders all time and have won 10 of the last 14 matchups, but last season's week 18 matchup alone makes both of this year's matchups revenge games.

The Commanders dominated the Cowboys 26-6 and Dallas had no momentum going into the playoffs. It was Dallas' worst loss of the season and it just happened to come against one of their biggest rivals ever. The team looked awful in every aspect of the game and needs to use that defeat as bulletin board material for two meetings vs Washington this year. They won't want to lose like that again.

Both matchups against Washington are revenge games as Dallas needs to prove that last year's game was a fluke. The Cowboys have dominated the Commanders in the Dak Prescott era and need to remind everyone of who the better team is in that rivalry.

The Cowboys play the Commanders at home in Week 12 and on the road in Week 18. Both of these matchups are during the final stretch of the season and will be must-win games as Dallas will likely be fighting for positioning in the division and playoffs.
