It's anyone's guess how players and the coaching staff are spending their free time, but videos have started trickling out to social media of players partaking in vigorous workouts to stay fresh before camp.

It's probably fair to assume that everyone is grinding to an extent. Coaches are likely grinding tape and mixing in some relaxation, while players are keeping in shape to the best of their ability whilst making sure to take some time for themselves.

Micah Parsons doesn't have any basketball games to attend, so the two-time All-Pro has to find something else to do in his free time.

That is if Parsons has any free time.

Any time you open social media, Parsons is doing some kind of workout with a fellow NFL player or high-profile athlete. In the latest Parsons workout clip, though, he's spotted getting in some boxing work with none other than Dan Quinn!

Is that an Osa Odighizuwa sighting?! It sure looks like it.

It doesn't get better than this for late-June content, folks. Of course Parsons and Quinn aren't vacationing on a tropical island somewhere. For most players and coaches, the time for vacations has come and gone. The 2022 season ended four months ago and training camp is a short four weeks away.

The regular season will be here before we know it, and Parsons undoubtedly has revenge on his mind after he came up short in Defensive Player of the Year voting last year. 49ers edge rusher Nick Bosa was a deserving winner, but Parsons has opened as the favorite to win the 2023 award in multiple sportsbooks.

More importantly, the Cowboys came up short in the playoffs again.

Earlier this offseason, Parsons discussed how he was putting on weight this offseason as he transitions to a full-time edge rusher. Quinn swiftly rescinded Parsons' comments, saying "If you ever need position changes, come to me . . . I think what he was probably trying to say is, 'I'm really establishing some pass rush into my offseason.'"

Does anyone else enjoy the Parsons-Quinn bond as much as us? Parsons and Quinn were texting hours before the 2023 NFL Draft, with Parsons texting the defensive coordinator that he wanted Dallas to draft Mazi Smith.

After the 2021 season when it was speculated that Quinn would leave for a head coaching job, Parsons said the following:

"I hope Q is back [next year]. That’s my dawg. I would do anything for Q …anybody would be lucky to have Q. I hope he stays and we get another shot at this…he found a way to touch everybody’s heart.”

You already know DQ and Parsons have something special in store for 2023.
