2. Jayron Kearse, S

It just feels like Jayron Kearse is one of those players who could follow Dan Quinn wherever he goes. Kearse is the prototypical safety when you think about the Seattle Seahawks team Dan Quinn coached once upon a time, his size reminiscent of guys like Kam Chancellor.

Kearse's snaps may have decreased in Dallas this past year thanks to the team's overall depth at the safety position, but even in a more limited role, I think he could be one of the more obvious candidates to follow Quinn at his next destination.

Kearse played a lot more than Cowboys fans would have liked at times this past season, so perhaps he's a player that Quinn would stick his neck out for as well.

3. Tony Pollard, RB

Even with Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet, I don't think the Seattle Seahawks can be counted out of making a running back move in the 2024 offseason.

Even though Dan Quinn didn't coach on offense, he's undoubtedly very familiar with Tony Pollard, who could be a huge asset to a team like Seattle. Both Walker and Charbonnet are more physical in nature while Pollard is a back who excels at making plays in space. He could be a perfect complement to that backfield which excels at creating yards after contact.

How about bringing in a guy who excels at making people miss in space?
