Cowboys vs Buccaneers: Weather Outlook

Location: Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, Florida

Stadium Type: Open stadium, natural grass

Predicted Forecast: High of 71, low of 55, mostly comfortable, winds up to 12-13mph, 8% chance of precipitation

Doesn’t get much better than this to play some football. Normally playoff football weather is in the 30s with some gloomy skies and snow. Down in Tampa will see ideal conditions for these teams. With kickoff at 8:15pm ET in Tampa, the temperature should be in the low-60s and be no issue to these teams.

The one thing to take note of here is this game being played on natural grass. That has not been the Cowboys friend this season. As a matter of fact, Dallas is just 1-4 on games being played on grass, as former head coach Jason Garrett so eloquently noted on “Football Night in America.”
