1. Dak Prescott Is A Top 10 QB

The number one reason why Dallas can repeat as division champs is the guy that wears No. 4. Even after a brutal ankle injury, tedious rehab, and relentless doubters, Dak Prescott showed time and time again how crucial he is to the Cowboys organization in 2021.

Prescott finished in the top 10, or top 5, in every statistical category last year while also leading his team to a 12-5 record. While the postseason did not play out how anybody wanted, Prescott is hardly the reason they faltered against San Francisco.

He says he is in his best shape ever, and although he won’t have many of his former weapons, there are a number of guys looking to take the next step at WR.

Despite what some will say, Prescott has nothing left to prove. He has consistently shown the ability to put the team on his back, come back from adversity, and fill up the stat sheet all while winning the biggest games.

Whether you like the Cowboys QB or not, there is no arguing that he is the best QB in the NFC East. Jalen Hurts has some flashes of greatness, but has been inconsistent in his career. Daniel Jones and Carson Wentz aren’t even close to Prescott’s level.

NFC East teams fear Prescott, he is 25-6 in his career against them with a 55-15 TD to INT ratio. When Prescott plays, division opponents rarely win. He brings a huge advantage in those matchups, and at this point, he has the most inner-division experience than any QB in the east.

Prescott holds all the cards for the 2022 Cowboys. If he is healthy, they are the well-deserved favorites to win the division.
