Being one of my favorite picks for the Cowboys in the draft, I expect Jalen Tolbert to take the league by storm. Okay, maybe not the strongest storm out there, but let’s go with some pretty heavy rainfall. Obviously, I don’t expect a freshman season like a Ja’Marr Chase or Justin Jefferson, but I surely think he will exceed expectations for a third-round receiver.

I expect Tolbert to serve as the WR2 early on. While he may not have eye-popping numbers, I think that he will win the job out of camp. Once Gallup returns, I expect the South Alabama star to slow down a bit, but I think he will pick up production again after the bye.

The third-round pick and Prescott already seem to have a good chemistry. The superstar quarterback and his new weapon, along with others on the team, have taken a trip to Miami to work out at the U. Of course, everyone also knows the pre-draft story of Prescott sending Tolbert the playbook right after he was drafted as well, so I’m not worried about them getting along.
