With the 193rd pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys select …

Bo Melton, Wide Receiver – Rutgers

Height: 5’11″ Weight: 195lbs

Career Stats: 164 receptions, 2,011 receiving yards, 12.3 yards per catch, 11 receiving touchdowns, 2 rushing touchdowns

Dallas needs speed in the middle of this offense, specifically at slot receiver where they will be lacking with the possibility of Lamb moving outside with Gallup. Melton would bring the speed the Cowboys are looking for along with quick route breakability that would allow him to get open or uncovered quickly. His performance at the NFL Combine could move him up in the draft but if he’s still around, this team needs to take him.

Speed kills and Melton has a lot of it.

Previous Pick: Cade York

NFL Player Comparison: Laviska Shenault Jr.

Free agency decisions are still being made, but the draft is coming up quickly. With several positional needs, it will be very interesting to see what the Cowboys choose to do with their picks.
