Trade Alert!! Cowboys trade 56th and 167th picks to the Bills for their 57th and 130th picks.

With the 57th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys select …

Arnold Ebiketie, Edge – Penn State

Career Stats: 120 total tackles, 28.5 tackles for loss, 15.5 sacks, 5 forced fumbles

Once again, America’s Team is in search of another defensive end to start across from defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence after Randy Gregory’s decision to leave the Cowboys. Several free agents like Von Miller were available, but the Cowboys lost out on those guys.

Arnold Ebiketie is the prototypical edge rusher that defensive coordinator Dan Quinn looks for. He has long arms, good nice pass rush moves, and is tough in the running game.

Adding him to the rotation along with Micah Parsons and Lawrence along with hopefully re-signing Dorance Armstrong should give this team enough juice to continue bringing an effective pass rush.

Previous Pick: John Metchie III

NFL Player Comparison: Harold Landry III
