1. Las Vegas Raiders

In the city of slot machines, roulette, and big wagers, the Las Vegas Raiders could stand to take this gamble. The Raiders have money to spend and they love to recklessly throw cash around, just like the people who come from all over the world to sit at their blackjack tables.

All gambling jokes aside, the Raiders could use a boost at the wide receiver position. They suffered the sudden and permanent departure of Henry Ruggs III, and their only true weapon as a receiver is Hunter Renfrow. Renfrow is having one of his best years as a pro, but he can’t do it all alone – and he can’t do it all from the slot, either.

Derek Carr has shown that he can be an elite quarterback (at times). Instead of watching him scramble and get thrown to the ground so often, the Raiders would be wise to add a name like Gallup to give Carr another solid player to target.

The Raiders have constantly tried to put patches on the wide receiver position. They will throw out short-term deals to guys like DeSean Jackson who are either worn down or not the right fit. If they want a long-term, stable solution for a downfield receiver, Gallup is a great guy to throw their chips at.
