It’s just how he’s put together, but how could you not be when you have his athletic ability, foot speed, and his football knowledge that allows him to diagnose plays almost as fast as he can get to them to make them. The further beyond that three quarters he can go, if he can even get there, the closer he can go towards, potentially, being the all-timer that Wagner is shaping up to be, a sure-fire NFL Hall of Famer according to Pro Football Reference’s Hall of Fame Monitor tool.
