3. Michael Gallup (WR)

Michael Gallup could be considered one of the most underrated wide receivers in the league. Time after time, he makes big plays for the Dallas Cowboys. However, there appear to be two more talented receivers on the roster.

When the Cowboys drafted Lamb in the first round, the production of Gallup was likely to decline. Consequently, this is what exactly happened. In 2020, the former Colorado State player finished fourth in receptions (59) and third in receiving yards (843) on the team.

Both numbers were down from a year ago. In 2019, he had 66 catches for 1,107 receiving yards. Although this could have been due to Prescott’s absence, Cooper and Lamb were still able to maintain better numbers.

Nonetheless, Gallup was still a vital piece for the Cowboys’ offense last year. He led the team in yards per receptions (14.3) and had five receiving touchdowns which tied the team lead. The former third-round pick can likely also see an increase in production next season. However, he is probably the third option on Dallas’ offense in 2021.
