1. New England Patriots

This one is just too dang simple. The Cam Newton experiment has failed in New England. With Tom Brady cozy in the Florida sun, the Patriots might be looking for a new QB 1.

If the Dallas Cowboys can’t keep Prescott in Big D, the Patriots would be a great landing spot for him. Once Prescott recovers and returns to the football field, he will be 28 years old. Before his injury, Prescott was putting up super numbers, but that isn’t something he’d have to do in New England.

The Patriots need to install some extra talent on the offense. But with head coach Bill Belichick and offensive coordinator, Josh McDaniels guiding the team, Prescott is sure to excel. The quarterback has proven he can handle the big Dallas spotlight, on the field and off it.

With the Patriots, Prescott wouldn’t necessarily have to carry the burden of being the quarterback of America’s Team. Dak Prescott has proven he has the smarts to work with different offensive coordinators, most recently with Kellen Moore along with new fingerprints from head coach Mike McCarthy.

Of all the teams on this list, you could argue that the Patriots offer the best route to success for Prescott. Pairing up the quarterback with a legendary coach is sure to draw in eyeballs, and I would be interested to see what the duo could do.
