Cowboys were absolutely hosed, but you should still like what you saw

The Dallas Cowboys should have had a chance to tie or win Sunday night’s game. The refs were ready to go home though.

They were almost able to do it too but the referees weren’t about to let it happen. On the deep pass, placed perfectly by Dak Prescott might I add (Take That Dak Doubters!… You know who you are), Michael Gallup made a play that you see 1000 times on Sunday to make an even tougher play on the ball.

Hand fighting with one of, if not the absolute most, physical cornerbacks in the league in Jalen Ramsey, Gallup was able to win enough to make a catch that would have put the Cowboys deep in Rams territory with less than a minute on the clock.

Not only would this have assured a close field goal attempt, but in all likelihood, would have set up the Boys for a game-winning touchdown. It never happened though.

Back to the fact that Ramsey is one of the most physical, aggressive, and touchy DB’s in the game, his thespian like acting surely didn’t hurt when it came to the fact that the referees called offensive pass interference on Gallup, which ultimately brought that play back and ended the game.

There are only two things to say there. Here they are.

The Dallas Cowboys were absolutely hosed there and there is nothing else that can make me believe otherwise. Secondly, that play happens and goes uncalled 100 times every week, I promise.
