#1. Dak Prescott has a career year

This is another relative prediction. It could mean a few different things.

Follow me here though. For me, it means that I believe Dak Prescott will pass for as many yards as he ever has in a winning season while also throwing fewer interceptions.

I can’t say he will come close to the near 5,000 yards he passed for last season, but last year wasn’t technically a winning season at 8-8. He also had 11 interceptions thrown last year.

His only true winning seasons were his rookie year in 2016 with a record of 13-3 and 2018 with a record of 10-6. He didn’t throw for 4000 yards in either of those years, while he threw four picks in his rookie season and eight in 2018.

I am predicting he wins more than 10 games, while throwing for 4000 or more yards, with five or fewer picks all season long. Then I am predicting that Jerry Jones has no choice but to do what he should have done this past offseason, give the man his money and lock him up already.

Ok, the last part was an add-on, but a necessary one. Again, the season is right around the corner. It got here much faster than it has seemed to in recent years, but I am not mad at it one bit.

That just means that I have less time to sit around and waffle on my predictions. Here they were though, my five bold predictions for the Dallas Cowboys in the upcoming season and I can’t wait to see how they all turn out.

I am sure you all can’t wait to tell me how wrong I was about it all. There is still solace to take in this though, at least we all get the opportunity to see it all come to fruition or not.
