6. Tua Tagovailoa loves Dallas

Yes, the Dallas Cowboys and quarterback Dak Prescott are still tussling over contract figures. There is quarterback drama, but not enough for Dallas to think about Tua. Even if the Alabama quarterback drops in the draft order, I’m hesitant with his durability.

 7. Vote for Henderson

With Byron Jones taking his cornerback services to Miami, the Dallas Cowboys need depth at the cornerback position. Now, I’ve spoken highly of Jourdan Lewis and Chidobe Awuzie. Still, the Cowboys need depth.

It doesn’t look like C.J. Henderson will drop to the Cowboys at no. 17. If he slips, Dallas has to take him. Will they trade up to take him? Doubtful.

8. Vote for Diggs

Trevon Diggs is also another option. Perhaps, the Dallas Cowboys trade down a few picks in the first round, and with Diggs possibly slipping, the ‘Boys dig for Diggs.

9. Time for safety

The Dallas Cowboys lost Jeff Heath to the Las Vegas Raiders in the 2020 free agency. Is this the year the ‘Boys finally give some attention to the safety position? We’ve spoken plenty about Jamal Adams.

The 2020 NFL Draft is deep with safeties. Keep these two names on your list: Kyle Dugger and Ashtyn Davis. Even if these two safeties don’t land in Big D, I am very curious to see where these two athletic players land and how both careers shape up.

10. The X-factor

The Dallas Cowboys are looking for slot receiver help. Will America’s Team land a receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft? It’s likely.

The Cowboys could also trade for another veteran. Depending on how the dominoes fall during draft night, the Dallas Cowboys may still reunite with Dez Bryant. When all the smoke clears, if the ‘Boys don’t draft wide receiver help, Bryant is available and hungry.
