Linebackers – Sean Lee (2010-19) Leighton Vander Esch (2018-19), Anthony Hitchens (2014-17)

Lee is the only no-brainer option from this group. To say that the Cowboys struggled in the 2010s at the linebacker position would be an understatement.

Lee’s only drawback was his health. Had he been able to stay healthy more during his career, we could easily be talking about a possible bronze bust in Canton.

Still, for the times he was available, Lee was one of the best players at his position the entire decade and easily the team’s best.

For the other two spots, I chose Hitchens for his four-year tackle total of 304 in all but four of a possible 64 games.

The last spot went to Vander Esch as he finished second in Defensive Rookie of the Year voting in 2018. If he can stay healthy, he could be the 2020s version of Lee.
