5. Eagles vs. Cowboys – Week 14, 2018

The Dallas Cowboys were riding a four-game win streak heading into this must-win NFC East game vs. the Eagles. Scoring came at a minimum in the first half as the Cowboys took a 6-0 lead into the half, thanks to a 62-yard field goal by Brett Maher.

After multiple turnovers by Dak Prescott, the Cowboys found themselves all square with the Eagles at 9-9 in the middle of the fourth quarter, until Dak found recently acquired Pro Bowl wide receiver Amari Cooper in the endzone.

After exchanging punts, the Eagles found the endzone late in the fourth to tie the game up at 16-16. The first play from scrimmage on the following Dallas drive, Dak found Amari for a 75-yard touchdown to take the lead once again.

The Eagles would once again go down and tie the game to eventually force overtime. In overtime, after a gutsy play call to go for it on 4th and 1, the Cowboys would execute the tip drill perfectly, as Cooper found the endzone for the third time in the game, this one the game-winner.

4. Seahawks vs. Cowboys – Wildcard Round, 2018

A team that had a 3-5 record halfway through the year found themselves at 10-6 hosting a playoff game in the Wildcard round of the 2018 NFL Playoffs. The Seattle Seahawks came into AT&T Stadium leading the league in rushing, led by the two-headed monster of quarterback Russell Wilson and running back Chris Carson.

The Cowboys defense played out of their minds that night, holding the Seahawks to under 75 rushing yards the entire game.

A low scoring affair had the Cowboys up 17-14 with under three minutes remaining when Dak Prescott took a 3rd and 14 in the red zone for 15 yards, flipping his way down to the one-yard line. Eventually punching it in soon after, Dallas went on to win their first playoff game since 2014.
