Week 14: @ Chicago Bears

Chicago surprised the NFL last year winning the NFC North last year, but I do not think they are going away. A talented quarterback in Mitchell Trubisky with legit weapons around him, paired with one of the best defenses in the NFL. It will be a cold December night in Chicago, and that plays right into the Bears hands.

Record: 9-4

Week 15: vs. Los Angeles Rams

A rematch of the NFC divisional round, the LA Rams will now come to Dallas as Dallas takes on the former NFC Champs. This will be a matchup everyone will be watching, as it will be a game of two of the NFL’s best. The Rams have had the Cowboys number the past two times they have matched up, and sadly, the streak continues.

Record: 9-5

Week 16: @ Philadelphia Eagles

In what I think will be the biggest game of the year, the Cowboys will head to Philly in where the winner takes the crown in the NFC East. The Dallas defense will have to play elite in order to pull the win off, and I think they will. Big plays by Dak and Zeke down the stretch will help pull out the victory for the Cowboys and secure the NFC East title for the second consecutive year.

Record: 10-5

Week 17: vs. Washington Redskins

A tune-up for the playoffs in Week 17, similar to the one last year in New York. Some starters will sit, but the Cowboys front office are big believers in keeping guys fresh. A win in Week 17 to end the season on a positive note versus a Washington team who is ready for the offseason.

Final Record: 11-5
