As the trend of predictable, bad offensive play continues, here are three ways to immediately fix what is broken and get the Dallas Cowboys back on track.

Here is something that we can all agree upon when it comes to the Dallas Cowboys. This offense is broken and needs immediate repair.

Pick whomever you choose to lay the blame on, it’s unquestionably in need of fixing.  Is it the coaching staff? Do you want to blame the quarterback? Maybe you think it’s the receivers or the offensive line?

Whatever the reason, there is no doubt that the offense, as is, no longer works. After yet another loss due to numbers that look like they were from the 1940’s, it’s time to make some discernible, yet realistic changes.

Look, I’m all for getting rid of head coach Jason Garrett and offensive coordinator Scott Linehan but that’s not going to happen. At least not both, midseason.

We also can’t draw up a whole new playbook, even though it would be nice. We have to make the best of the ingredients we have on hand.

All of the ills that keep the Dallas Cowboys from being successful involve the ineptitude in the passing game. Sure, there are other obvious things that would help as well, but everything centers around an inability to matriculate the ball down the field.

So, how can the offense be fixed? Here are three obvious, immediate fixes that could save the season or at least make it watchable.
