New York Giants (no medal)

Nate Solder, Will Hernandez, Brett Jones, John Jerry, Ereck Flowers, Patrick Omameh, Nick Becton, John Greco

Have the Giants made significant upgrades to their porous offensive line? Absolutely.

More from The Landry Hat

Are those upgrades enough to earn them a medal? Absolutely not.

Look, Nate Solder is probably the best offensive lineman they have had this decade. Will Hernandez will likely take that title from him sooner rather than later.

Beyond that, it’s ugly.

Ereck Flowers has been a bust given his top ten draft status. John Jerry is just average and everyone else is either unknown or not good.

While there is significant hope and expectation being put on rookie running back Saquon Barkley, I might temper that a tad. Unlike Ezekiel Elliott, Barkley is not coming into the best of situations here.

It’s not a coincidence that the Giants have struggled mightily on offense the past two seasons. I think there in for at least one more tough go in 2018.
