WHAT TO DO WITH DEZ
For three straight seasons Dez Bryant has fallen well short of expectations. The former dominant receiver has cost the cap $30 million the last two years.

Bryant has failed to reach 850 yards receiving and nine touchdowns in a season since 2014. He also hasn’t recorded 100 yards in 23 straight regular season games.
Either the Cowboys offense is no longer designed to utilize an ultra expensive receiver, or Bryant simply isn’t the same talent he used to be.
Regardless of the reason, everyone but Cowboys management seems to understand that Bryant is wasting millions off the cap.
Dez stated he’s not open to a pay cut. Stephen Jones says they’ll weigh his cost and production. Jerry Jones expects all players under contract to be here next year.
Something has to give in this tangled mess. The only thing not confusing will be the Cowboys atrocious cap management if Dez eats $16.5 million of space in 2018.
