3. Sean Lee will play 16 games

Woah. Woah. Woah.

Hold on now. I know what you’re thinking. Lee? 16 games?

Yes. Yes. And yes.

Since joining the Cowboys in 2010, the 30-year-old has never finished a regular season. He came close in 2011 with 15 games under his belt.

After missing the entire 2014 season, starting 16 games would be a huge accomplishment for the former second rounder.

2016 is a banner year for the injury prone player. He leads the team with 48 tackles. The next mega tackling machine is Barry Church with 34 tackles, but he’ll miss significant time.

Though Lee hasn’t registered a sack or interception yet, his presence on the field has upped his teammates level of play. His smarts and leadership is taking a major toll on offenses too.

Remember when we freaked out when Rolando McClain was suspended? Okay. Maybe that was just me.

Anyways, that was so yesterday. Sean Lee at the weakside spot for 16 games would be a major headline in Dallas, and I think this is the year Lee does it.
