1. Devin Street | Wide Receiver | Born March 30th, 1991

Wide receiver Terrance Williams is entering his final year of his rookie contract. He has not lived up to expectations, leaving meat on the bone if you will, which means his hands over the number two spot is open for a fumble.

Enter Devin Curtis Street.

The six-foot-three wide out is entering his third year in the NFL. The former Pittsburgh college player was drafted by the Cowboys in 2014 in the fifth round.

As a pro, Street has only nine catches and one touchdown catch despite playing 30 games. He started two games last year and was targeted 13 times.

While neither Street or Williams made a big impression with Dez Bryant out for much of last season, the opportunity to take a roster spot next to the elite Bryant is open.

If Street doesn’t make a move soon it will be Brice Butler who will be re-routing him to the sidelines again.
