3. Tom Landry would find his Randy White

The Cowboys need a monster on defense.

It’s an element that’s been missing since the 1990’s.

The 2015 Dallas defense came up short in many fourth quarter moments.

Play after play, game after game, the Cowboys season slowly dwindled into a lost season due to the defense allowing epic plays.

The Boys need a Randy White to come up with big plays in big moments.

White, also known as “The Manster” (half man, half monster), played in 14 seasons, missing only one game during that span.

White compiled a whopping 111 sacks and 1,104 tackles.

The six-foot four played defensive tackle, linebacker and defensive end.

He was elected to the Pro Bowl nine times, rocks a Super Bowl ring, and earned a Pro Football Hall of Fame nod in 1994.

Per DallasCowboys.com, Tom Landry once said this about Randy White:

"“His performances range anywhere from spectacular to spectacular. He could outmatch anybody’s intensity from game to game.”"

The Cowboys need a ball hawking, sack seeker type of player.

Landry found his monster in 1975 with the second overall pick in the NFL Draft.

With Dallas drafting within the top ten spots in 2016, Landry would definitely be on the look out for a game changing player like White for the defense.
