CLEVELAND BROWNS (0-16), Top Needs: CB, WR, QB, RB

The Cleveland Browns know the value of a great running back in the NFL. Teams like the Los Angeles Rams and the Dallas Cowboys have benefited greatly from adding a transcendent player to their backfield. And due to them possessing two picks in the top four, they can have their cake and eat it too when it comes to quarterbacks.

The Browns know there is a good chance Saquon Barkley isn’t going to be available at four as Indianapolis is a potential landing spot. All Cleveland has to do is like two (possibly three) of the quarterbacks in the first round.

Unless they absolutely fall in love with one of these college passers, I believe the Browns will be giddy to take the best player in the draft two years in a row. Then sit back, and allow one of the top quarterbacks to fall to them three picks later.
