]]> Browsing through YouTube like a tend to do, I came across a video that is both mildly entertaining and disturbing at the same time — no, it does not star Rex Ryan’s wife. It is a video featuring members of the Pittsburgh Steelers attempting to sing Christmas carols. The defensive line is incredibly energetic and actually steal the show.

The Steelers appear to be just as good at singing as they are at following the NFL guidelines on hitting. WARNING: ear plugs may be necessary to make it through the video.
