Like Tony Romo’s infamous trip to Mexico, Jones’ carrot to the boxing gods is just another distraction for the football team.

Does it really matter where the fight is going to be? The average man, woman and child won’t be able to afford a ticket or the pay per view. If the St. Louis Rams were trying to get the fight would it be front-page news on ESPN.com?

In case anyone did not realize it, the Cowboys play a very good San Diego Chargers team in a must-win if the Cowboys want to hold onto the NFC East lead.
