Davon Coleman – Defensive Tackle

Certainly one of the Cowboys’ most prized rookie free agent signings, Coleman brings an intriguing addition to a thin defensive line. Though he was overshadowed at Arizona State by fellow defensive lineman Will Sutton, Coleman was still a highly productive player for the Sun Devils. He ended the 2013 season with better defensive statistics than Sutton, who went on to be named First Team All-Pac-12 and the Pat Tillman Defensive Player of the Year.

Coleman has the compact frame that Cowboys defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli covets in his defensive interior, and should bring some versatility if he can earn a roster spot.
