1) Will Tony Romo Still Have A Quick Release?

As Tony Romo’s career progressed, the talk around his quick release died down. His quick release is arguably the fastest in the NFL — all-time, even topping NFL great Dan Marino.

But after recovering from a herniated disc, how will this effect the 3-time Pro Bowl player and his throwing mechanics?

Jerry Jones and coaches aren’t releasing full details on his recovery. But if Tony Romo does miss significant time with the team — whether OTA or training camp — questions above will obviously take longer to answer.

So far, Tony Romo has gone on record saying recovery is on schedule, and he expects to take part in OTA.

If Romo goes down again, I have faith in Orton to come in, run this team, and win games.

Last year I saw a much more ‘hot and cold’ Romo than I’d seen since 2006. I’ve always been of the belief that Parcells surveyed his offensive line back then and inserted Romo as the QB because he knew that the stationary Bledsoe would get killed behind that line, and Romo was raw but mobile and had the best chance of survival. Nothing’s changed since then.
