Terrell McClain

Dallas started the free agency with a couple of signings including one that was nullified in mid-transition.  The Cowboys first signee was Houston Texans defensive tackle Terrell McClain.  McClain is with his fourth team since being drafted in 2011 and played all 16 games registering 8 tackles.

Summary: McClain will be nothing more than a player moved around the defensive line rotation and not a starter.  Averaging a measly half a tackle a game last year, he will also contribute on special teams.  This was definitely not a splash of a signing for Dallas.
