LANDRY HAT MOCK DRAFT LOGOThe more and more I do these NFL mock drafts, the more I discover one single “off” pick can change the entire landscape of the draft. Despite these possible changes, there is one clear certainty: at least one top player will fall into the Dallas Cowboys lap at #16. But who that player will be and would the Cowboys pull the trigger is still up in the air.

In my second post-combine mock draft, I have tried my best to anticipate the selections by each club based on team needs and reviewing several different up-to-date mock drafts. Here’s my newest first round mock draft plus my detailed explanation of the Cowboys pick:
