Every since Nike took over as the NFL’s official apparel provider in early 2012, many football purest have been concerned that the brash corporation would alter some of the leagues most cherished treasures: their uniforms. Outside of the Seattle Seahawks redesign, Nike only made minor changes. And those were limited to mainly fabrics (Flywire) and it’s positioning to better fit padded players. But with the recent success of the aforementioned Seahawks, and the popularity of their new uniforms, is it possible more wide-scale changes could be made across the NFL? And, in turn, to the Dallas Cowboys uniforms?

With such a storied history, any changes to a franchise like the Cowboys must be approached with respect and one small step at a time. That first step appears to be the teams’ gloves. As seen above, these gloves are stylish, a bit flamboyant, and form the beloved star when fitted together.
