Super Bowl XLVIII is now behind us but that didn’t mean that Vegas couldn’t go ahead and put out the Super Bowl odds for next year. According to Bovata, the Cowboys’ odds are 33/1 to win the Super Bowl. The Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions, New York Giants, Pittsburgh Steelers and San Diego Chargers also have those same odds. The Texas Longhorns have the same odds to win the National Championship. The Seattle Seahawks are the favorite at 9/2 and the Jacksonville Jaguars have the worst odds at 100/1.

With all the issues that the Cowboys had this past season, it seems laughable that there would be 13 teams with worse odds. Then again they were middle of the road again, so that isn’t too far fetched. If the Cowboys expect to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl they will need to do more than add one coach to the staff for every player. After watching the Seahawks dominate the Broncos, this team doesn’t look a play or two away as Jerry Jones has said.
