The folks over at EA Sports have released their prediction for the upcoming Super Bowl that features the Denver Broncos facing the Seattle Seahawks. The representatives at EA Sports used their NFL-licensed Madden 25 video game to simulate the great match-up, right down to the possible weather effects. Check out their prediction in the video and then read my prediction below:
As the weather forecast calls for temperatures in the mid-forties at kick-off and almost no wind, I’m not sure snow flurries will be part of the real game. Still, I agree with EA Sports and Madden 25’s prediction. Although, I don’t think it will go into overtime or even be that close.
Most people are focusing on the match-up between the Bronco’s stellar offensive and the Seahawks suffocating defense. And for good reason, as both are tops in the league for their respective categories. But I think the game’s outcome will hinge on the play of their opposite units.
Denver’s defense should key on Seattle running back Marshawn Lynch. This will force the game onto the shoulders of second-year quarterback Russell Wilson, who has struggled with accuracy in recent games. Although very mature for his age, Wilson has limited experience and hasn’t really been asked to win big games for Seattle this season.
Therefore, I’m picking future Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos to win Super Bowl 48 over the Seattle Seahawks, 41-27. Leave your predictions for the big game in the comment section below.
