Patriots vs. Broncos Playoff Game Time, Channel, Weather Information

The Denver Broncos will face off against the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game at Sports Authority Field on Sunday. The game will kickoff just after 3:00 p.m. EST, January 19th in Denver, CO. (2:00 p.m. CST, noon PST) The matchup features a Broncos’ team who defeated the San Diego Chargers at home last week 24-17. And the Patriots are coming off a blowout win over the Indianapolis Colts, 43-22.

But the main focus will be on both starting quarterbacks in this game, Denver’s Peyton Manning and New England’s Tom Brady. Both players have a Super Bowl pedigree and are also the two oldest starting quarterbacks in the NFL.

The upcoming Broncos, Patriots game will air on the CBS Network. Announcing the game will be Jim Nantz and former New York Giants Super bowl winning quarterback, Phil Simms.

As Sports Authority Field is an open-air stadium, weather always plays a factor. Currently, weather.com is predicting a perfect day for football in Denver, Colorado on Sunday. The temperature should be around a high of 58º and a low of 34º. There is currently 0% chance of rain. Winds are expected to be out of the WSW at 9 mph.

As a fun side note, the mayors of both cities have a friendly wager placed on the outcome of this game. Each has agreed to wear the other city’s team jersey if their club loses on Sunday.
