Here’s my take:

“For me, this is a no-brainer. Marinelli did a fantastic job as defensive line coach for the Cowboys this season. He basically took players off the streets to become NFL starters. And his players rave about him as a coach. And I would hate to lose him to Tampa Bay and Lovie Smith.“
