32.  Houston Texans (2-11)

Last game: Lost to the Jaguars on the road 27-20.

What a strange, wild trip it has been for the Houston Texans. And the icing on the cake is losing to the Jacksonville Jaguars…twice! Now they’ve fired their head coach and put Wade Phillips in as interim. Been there, done that. Texans could make a quick turnaround, like the Kansas City Chiefs, next season if they get a decent quarterback behind center.
