What makes him a player to watch? Rudolph is one of the best young tight ends in the NFL. The third-year player out of Notre Dame leads the Vikings in catches so far this season with 28, as he is their main receiving threat. Much like Tony Romo and Jason Witten, Rudolph is quarterback Christian Ponder’s security blanket and favorite target.  Expect to see a lot of passes going his way as the Dallas defense focuses on stopping All-World running back Adrian Peterson.
