One of the great things about working at The Landry Hat, and the Fansided Sports Network, is our access to different experts. Since our network has a site for every NFL team, I’d thought I’d get an insider’s take on the upcoming Dallas Cowboys vs. Detroit Lions game from “behind enemy lines”. Therefore, I present these five in-depth questions with FanSided’s NFL director and senior editor of our Lions’ site, sidelionreport.com, Zac Snyder.

1. What’s the health status of Lions’ wideout Calvin Johnson?

ZS: Calvin will play and any Cowboys fans shouldn’t get their hopes up that their team will get to face a hobbled Megatron. He didn’t practice Wednesday but that has been a fairly regular occurrence for him. Calvin didn’t have a great day in his first game back after missing the game against the Packers but he was brilliant last week. The Cowboys defense had better treat him like he is 100%.
