Doug Free the player Cowboys fans love to hate.  Free was probably the most hated player last year but this year he has really stepped up his game even after taking a pay cut.  Most of us realistically would not perform well if we were given a pay cut at our respective jobs.  For Free to do that during the off-season just to remain a Dallas Cowboy and then to play at the higher level he has this season with significantly less penalties he is very deserving to be recognized.
