SPECIAL TEAMS GAME BALL
Dan Bailey
Honorable Mention: Dwayne Harris

Sep 15, 2013; Kansas City, MO, USA; Dallas Cowboys kicker Dan Bailey (5) kicks a field goal with the help of holder Chris Jones (6) against the Kansas City Chiefs in the first half at Arrowhead Stadium. Mandatory Credit: John Rieger-USA TODAY Sports

Even though Bailey missed his only field goal attempt, he also represented one of only two players on special teams that made any sort of positive contribution.  Making all three of his extra points along with posting two touchbacks, Bailey at least did something productive.  He did have a missed field goal but that attempt was from 56 yards, not exactly a chip shot.

Harris only had one chance to return a punt and he did so excellently, gaining 38 yards and putting Dallas into San Diego territory which unfortunately led to the missed Bailey field goal.  All three of Harris’ kickoff returns put the Cowboys over the 20 yard line as well, however none were enough to kick start any scoring drives.
