The Dallas Cowboys Defense

I’m an IDP man, myself. But a majority of fantasy football leagues simply draft entire defenses. In this case, the Cowboys defense is probably well below most managers radars and could be had for a steal. The recent coaching additions of legend Monte Kiffin and Rob Marinelli have elevated the Cowboys defensive play this preseason. Especially, when it comes to turnovers. Dallas has forced nine turnovers in it’s first four games of the preseason. They had all of 16 takeaways for the entire 2012 season. How that success will translate to the regular season is anybody’s guess. But the Dallas defense is playing with a lot more energy and swarming to the ball like never before. If the trend continues, don’t be surprised to see the Cowboys near the top in a ton of NFL defensive statistical categories this season.
