9. Kyle Orton, Quarterback – 77 Overall
Analysis: The former Chicago Bear, Denver Bronco and Kansas City Chief has a high enough rating to prove he’s one of the top back-up quarterbacks in the NFL. Although Orton’s play has been shaky this preseason, he is truly a luxury and a great insurance policy in-case anything happens to starter Tony Romo. Most NFL teams would throw-in the towel on their season if they lost their starting QB. With Orton on the bench, the Cowboys have depth in a position most teams don’t. Bottom line: Orton could start for half the teams in the NFL.
