    If Garrett gives up calling the offensive plays, he can then concentrate on ‘game management’… he won’t do stupid stuff like calling time outs at the wrong time and FREEZING HIS OWN KICKER.

    He needs to be the head coach. He needs to quit as head coach if he wants to be the off. coord. Look– we have lost 3 games the last two years because he was not attending overall to the game!

    I like Garett and hope he’s the head coach for many more years. Taking away the play calling responsiblity makes that more likely.
