Here’s the list of players available at the time of Dallas’ third round picks (80th,114th overall):

Ryan Nassib, QB
Matt Barkley, QB
Terrance Williams, WR
Joseph Randle, RB
Stedman Bailey, WR
Dion Sims, TE
D.C. Jefferson, TE
Damontre Moore, DE
Jordan Hill, DT
Everett Dawkins, DT
Gerald Hodges, OLB
B.W. Webb, CB
J. J. Wilcox, S

Third Round Summary: It’s obvious why the Cowboys chose Williams at #80. Not only did they have him with a second round grade, but they also had Williams ranked at #23 on their leaked big board. Dallas definitely had a greater need at wideout then quarterback, which were the two highest ranked players left. There are also two tight ends that the Cowboys could have gotten over Escobar, making the Lacy pick in the second round even more plausible. Damontre Moore at defensive end could have also been a viable option here.
