    It is difficult to evaluate coaches under the leadership of Jerry Jones. What coaches have been successful under Jones since Jimmy left? Switzer coached the team that Jimmy built. It is hard to believe that all of the coaches hired since Switzer were not capable of being successful. If the Cowboys had a decent general manager their coach would have a much better chance of being successful. The question has no validity with JJ as general manager. A better question might have been is Jerry Jones a better coach or general manager?
