Is There GM Light At The End Of The Tunnel For Cowboy’s Fans?

I know that a great deal of Cowboy’s fans hold Jerry Jones responsible for all the Cowboy’s problems and lack of success.

I personally don’t buy into that, what with Jerry bringing us three rings and all.  Even for those who give Johnson all the credit, why didn’t he succeed anywhere else?

My question to all of you is, “Do you think we will be better off when Stephen Jones takes the reigns?”

What do you think?

Joshua is the biggest idiot I have ever heard from. How the heck did you get this job? Did they fill have to fill a quota?

There really no difference between son and father, and that not a good thing either

For asking the question if Stephen will be better than Jerry? Pxy, keep trolling on the Internet like a coward.

Pxy, like the douchebag quota your parents helped fill?

IMO, Stephen is much different from Jerry. He is a much more measured guy with what he does and says. I also feel he has much less desire for the spotlight as Jerry. Actually he doesn’t look like he enjoys interviews much. Not an uncomfortable look, just says the meat and skips the potatoes. Jerry throws appetizer, sides, and dessert, yet skips the meat of the truth.

One more thing, Stephen has done a wonderful job structuring these awful contract demands his Dad agreed to and gave him to sort out. I fully believe Stephen will be more of a behind the scenes owner and will eventually hire a GM once he settles in. If he did it right away it would cause the fans to slam his Dad during a hard time (whatever caused JJ to step away or pass away). A year or two later would make an easier transition for him and the family. And after all, they are the owners.

Good points Brad. Let’s hope this transpires sooner than later.

Jushua, you are in the small minority regarding who should get the SB credit. BTW, Jimmy won national championships at the Univ. of Miami. How can you say he did not have success elsewhere?
