    Not that I want him to do it, But it will be JG calling the plays. Callaghan will have to get use to have someone looking over his shoulder all season long. The play calling isn’t the real issue, it the lack of execution by the player on plays, especially in the Red Zone. We lack the right personnel to make plays.
