    Wil or should? Big difference. They should cut him, but they won’t at this time. This is more likely to happen closer to September. The Boys need to obtain a replacement first and Parnell is not a full time replacement. I don’t know what Free’s cap consequences are.

    Cut him and save any money if possible. Eat it and disperse money elsewhere!

    I don’t think you even have to cut him. Just restructure his contract. He is obviously not worth the the money they are paying him, but they can use him until they find a replacement and get some money and cap space back instead of cutting him loose.
