Jason needs to go. There needs to be a complete regime change. He took over for Wade and was not a complete change. He had his time and in 2 years this team is still not improving. And the core players of witten, romo, ware are only about 3 years away from being past their primes. The brilliant gm MUST do something now if he wants to win, or he is force to be medicore for the next few years then be 6-10 in rebuilding.
